1.  Call us and we will be glad to assist you. (518-791-1121)  9 am - 5 pm eastern time Mon-Sat or use the contact link. Any customers outside the continental  United States must call or contact us directly to place an order for the proper shipping cost to be added. Mostly all stainless steel hardware is included also straps, padlocks, kayak cables, and clamp block for your solid connection to your RV. Racks arrive fully assembled in three easy to bolt together sections.

2. Once you decide what model to order you can select your rack model, add options, and make your purchase online. Please call us at this point if you need any questions answered so we can assist you in choosing the best and correct model. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Packages will arrive by Fedex  to your location - signature required.

3. Print out the Measurement guide pdf and take it to your RV and make the proper measurements. 

4. After completing your online rack purchase you will be emailed an automated  A - H measurement spec sheet to fill out and submit to us online. Your contact information, RV measurements, cargo type, such as make, models, widths, and lengths of kayaks or watercraft along with bike lengths will be needed. Occasionally we may make riser or drop down recommendations to you if  needed. 

5.  Once your order is manufactured and shipped you will be sent a FedEx tracking number and a slide show! Rack checkout shipping is 239.00  & up in the continental US.
